A Bit of Background

R.I.S.E (Recognizing and Increasing our Standards and Expectations)  The RISE Project is non-profit organization founded by Wharton, TX native Ariel J. Taylor in 2009 at the University of Texas at Austin. The goal is to positively impact the lives of the youth in our community.
